Fractal Dimension Approach for Characterizing Error

Since random numbers are used for various purposes it is important to define a performance index or indices for optimal random number generator. In this work, we are also proposing a novel and generalized approach for error characterization that is independent of probability distributions, number of variables, and/or functional form of the model. This approach is based on the fractal geometry.
